The Answers You Need

What is your returns policy?

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return.  Customers will be required to cover the cost of the return postage.  All items must be returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
Where refunds are provided, at our discretion, postage costs incurred will not be included.
We are unable to compensate for any issues after 28 days from ordering.
Should you be unhappy with your order or there is an issue with your purchase, please get in touch.

Can I choose the sweets and chocolates in my gift?

Yes of course! We are happy to work to create your perfect product.  Please you the contact form for special requests.

Where do you deliver to?

Our sweet gift boxes can be delivered UK wide and we use Royal Mail as a preferred carrier.  We offer free standard delivery on all products which is Royal Mail 2nd Class, if you wish to upgrade please contact us. Grazing boxes, platters and bouquets can be delivered for free up to 3 miles from B72 1DL, up to 10 miles at an additional charge of £1 per mile.

Can I collect my order?

Yes of course, choose the collection option at checkout! Please wait for confirmation your order is ready before collection.

What if I have an allergy?

We stock a huge range of sweets from many different manufacturers. This means we cannot guarantee that our products are free of nuts or nut traces.
Please be aware that sweets containing nuts, sugar, soya, wheat and other allergens are picked and packed in the same place as those sweets that don't.
If you require any extra info about a particular sweet or brand, please do get in touch. Although we're not a manufacturer ourselves (we don't make any sweets), we are always happy to pass on supplier details and as much information as we can.
