All our Items are shipped via Royal Mail 48hr tracked delivery (this is 2-5 working days from date of dispatch and excludes weekend and bank holidays).  If you need your order sooner select express delivery to upgrade to 24 hour tracked delivery.

We also offer free local delivery within 3 miles of B72, Sutton Coldfield or you can arrange collection.

If you are unhappy with your purchase you have 14 days from the date you receive your order to make a return.  Customers will be required to cover the cost of the return postage.  All items must be returned in the original packaging with proof of purchase.
